Evertree Wellness, LLC, is not an urgent care clinic and does not provide full primary care services. This preventive health and wellness clinic focuses on holistic health by offering physical examinations, limited lab testing, and wellness consultations, with a few exceptions for specific acute and chronic issues. As a direct-pay practice, no insurance will be accepted for clinical services. Lab testing through blood is conducted outside the clinic at a convenient location near you. External lab orders may be eligible for insurance coverage if proof of insurance is provided at the lab location. This clinic primarily utilizes LabCorp and Quest Diagnostic lab services. Non-Medicare/Medicaid patients can submit claims to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement of covered services; however, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed and varies by individual insurance plans. Unfortunately, Evertree Wellness is not currently accepting Medicare/Medicaid patients due to Medicare-defined restrictions.

Herbal product recommendations made by Evertree Wellness are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases. All patients receiving herbal recommendations should consult their healthcare providers prior to use, especially those who are pregnant, nursing, have medical conditions, or are taking medications, as they may have increased susceptibility to potentially harmful side effects of herbal products.

Tuberculin skin testing, X-ray services, and vaccinations are not currently offered at this clinic. Referrals may be made as needed for imaging as necessary. It is recommended that those seeking management of emergently acute conditions or complex chronic illnesses seek care from other designated clinics.
