ABOUT
My name is Avion Bailey, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and the proud owner of Evertree Wellness, a direct-pay preventive health and wellness clinic located within The Yoni House in Roswell, GA. My background includes family practice, home health, aesthetics, infusion medicine, and urgent care. Throughout my career, I have realized that preventing illness is the best approach to supporting patient health. Unfortunately, I have witnessed numerous instances where insurance companies have adversely affected the overall healthcare experience. This realization led me to establish Evertree Wellness, a preventive health clinic designed to preserve patient well-being and provide an affordable alternative to traditional insurance-based practices. Non-Medicare/Medicaid clients wishing to use insurance are eligible to submit a claim to their insurance company for reimbursement; please refer to the disclaimer section below for more information.
This clinic collaborates with The Yoni House Day Spa and Phase 3 Wellness to offer a range of holistic health and wellness services, including various physical examinations, alternative pain management options, medication refills, skincare solutions, and wellness consultations that assess the whole person, going beyond just the physical aspects. In an era where healthcare services can feel impersonal and corporatized, Evertree Wellness strives to reintroduce compassion into healthcare by providing each client with ample appointment times, educational guidance, and comprehensive health evaluations.
As a small startup clinic, I personally see all my clients throughout their visit, from check-in to check-out. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with each and every one of my clients!

Evertree Wellness Consultation
With so many therapeutic options available, choosing the right treatment can feel overwhelming. That’s why Evertree Wellness offers both virtual and in-person consultations to guide you on your journey towards achieving optimal health. During your consultation, we’ll explore a personalized blend of naturopathic care, nutritional support, medical and aesthetic services, spiritual healing, and complementary therapies. This visit allows us to best understand your unique wellness needs and to formulate a personalized care plan.
Health Promotion Consultation
It's important to stay on top of your health! Providing health and wellness guidance is the primary focus of this visit and is highly recommended for those struggling with prediabetes, elevated blood pressure, and/or weight management. Also, as part of our holistic approach, Evertree Wellness may provide referrals for preventive health services such as screening chest X-rays, mammograms, colonoscopies, eye exams, and diabetic foot exams as needed. This visit may be performed virtually or in-person per client preference.

Evertree Wellness provides comprehensive physical examinations for adults aged 18 and older, with or without a Pap smear. Our general physical exam includes a urinalysis and basic lab work that screens for kidney issues, blood abnormalities, diabetes, thyroid abnormalities, and high cholesterol. For those interested in a more detailed evaluation, further lab testing is available at an additional cost upon request. Clients are welcome to choose between a virtual or in-person lab review within two weeks of their examination to ensure your holistic needs are met.

Evertree Wellness offers a more detailed physical examination that includes in-depth lab testing along with electrocardiogram (ECG) screening and interpretation. This comprehensive lab testing as part of our holistic health approach includes a urinalysis, blood typing, vitamins D and B12, and folate, with or without a Pap smear, in addition to the labs provided during a general physical. Clients have the flexibility to choose either a virtual or in-person lab review for personalized health recommendations, delivered by a healthcare professional within two weeks of the examination.

Evertree Wellness offers DOT physicals for commercial vehicle drivers without drug testing at this time. Here, you will receive a thorough physical exam and urinalysis, with a printed copy of your medical clearance certificate provided at the end of your visit upon passing. Audiometry testing is available upon necessity at no additional cost. We understand how important it is for drivers to pass DOT physicals and will go the extra mile to ensure our clients holistic needs are met while adhering to current FMCSA guidelines.

A physical examination by a healthcare professional is typically required before participating in certain sports activities to minimize the risk of medical emergencies or health complications that may arise from sports participation. Evertree Wellness provides comprehensive sports physicals for both adults and children as young as 6 years of age.

New employees are sometimes required to have medical clearance by a healthcare professional to ensure that job functions can be safely and adequately performed. Evertree Wellness currently offers simple pre-employment physicals. A referral for Tuberculin testing or outside labs including drug screening may be provided to ensure your physical requirements are met.

Electrocardiograms can be helpful for individuals seeking to evaluate their heart for rhythm irregularities. You can purchase this service alone or add it to an exam at a lower cost if not already included. If you are experiencing chest pain, new onset left shoulder or arm numbness and tingling, dizziness, shortness of breath, or a sensation of your heart skipping beats, you are strongly advised to call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Pregnancy screening can be nerve-wracking. Evertree Wellness is here for you! We offer rapid in-house urine testing that provide you with your result quickly and accurately. Additionally, a blood test may be performed in place of or alongside the urine test for an additional fee upon request.

Women between the ages of 21 and 65 are recommended to receive Pap smears every 3-5 years, with or without HPV testing, to screen for cervical cancers. This test may also include gonorrhea and chlamydia screening per client preference. For an additional cost, this service is offered with the General Physical Exam or Evertree Wellness Physical to ensure your holistic health needs are met.

It is sometimes difficult for clients to follow-up with their providers as recommended due to insurance or financial issues, time constraints, recent changes in living arrangements, and other reasons. Therefore, Evertree Wellness offers 30-day refills for certain medications in order to allow additional time for you to follow-up with your healthcare provider. Certain lab testing may be required during your visit to ensure no medication adjustments will need to be made.

Sexual Wellness 180 Exam
Evertree Wellness provides comfortable, discreet STI screening and treatment as part of our holistic approach to care. Clients may choose either our basic urine STI screening which includes gonorrhea, chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, or our advanced screening option which also tests for Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma. Testing for these two infections is often excluded from STI screenings despite increasing rates of infection. Therefore, we provide you with this option to ensure there are no gaps in your care. Treatment will be provided for those with recent exposure and/or symptoms at an additional charge to ensure your health needs are met.
Sexual Wellness 360 Exam
Evertree Wellness offers comprehensive sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, which includes tests for gonorrhea, chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, syphilis, acute hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, Ureaplasma, and Mycoplasma. Herpes testing is not included due to high false-positive rates; however, testing is available upon request and per client necessity. As part of Evertree Wellness's holistic health approach, treatment is provided for positive STI results and for those at high risk due to exposure, available at an additional charge upon client consent.
Pelvic Exam
Pelvic examinations provided by Evertree Wellness includes screening for bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, and Trichomoniasis per client preference as part of our holistic health approach. All client appointments are carefully spaced to ensure privacy during each visit and enhance your overall wellness experience. Due to limited staffing, a clinic-supplied chaperone is unable to be provided at this time. Clients are encouraged to bring a family member or friend to serve as their chaperone during the exam to enhance comfortability and security. Every client receiving a pelvic exam must sign a consent form prior to their visit.

Management of significant acute or chronic medical conditions will be deferred to external healthcare providers, as Evertree Wellness focuses primarily on preventive health and wellness services.
